About Christopher Keefer M.D.

Florida native Dr. Christopher Keefer has called Tennessee home for more than 25 years. He works as a pediatrician in the Meharry Clinic.

Dr. Keefer is board-certified in both General Pediatrics and Pediatric Infectious Diseases.

He received his medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in Nashville, then completed his general pediatrics training at Washington University in St. Louis before returning to Vanderbilt for a pediatric infectious diseases fellowship.

Dr. Keefer finds great joy in partnering with parents to maximize their children’s health, safety and success; and says that joy is only second to the joy of raising his own kids with his wife.
