About Harold Embrack, M.D.
Dr. Harold Embrack is a board-certified psychiatrist at the Lloyd C. Elam Mental Health Center. He provides services such as psychotherapy, psychiatric evaluations, psychiatric treatments, opioid maintenance treatment, HIV outreach and adult substance abuse treatment.
Dr. Embrack is an assistant professor and Medical Director of the Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences Department at Meharry Medical College.
He obtained his B.S. in Biological Sciences from State University of New York and his M.D degree from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed a Psychiatry residency at Meharry Medical College and is board certified from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (APBN).
He has a special interest in addiction and co-occurring illnesses, and his practice revolves around that area.
